Sleep is so important to a child’s growth and development and, as parents, we will resort to some pretty extreme measures to help our little ones achieve it (like driving around in a car all day hoping your little one doesn’t wake up at every traffic light.) It doesn’t have to be this hard! I am here to help you guide your children in obtaining the healthy sleep their bodies need! Plus, when they’re sleeping, YOU might actually be able to catch some zzz’s too. Just imagine how nice that would be!
Being a parent is hard! I am not one of those moms who post “instaworthy” photos only all over social media. I believe in being honest about the joys and challenges of parenthood. There are ups and there are downs and it’s important that we show both sides so that when we are going through the downs we don’t feel so alone.

I want families to thrive and one of the best ways to achieve this is by taking care of yourself. There are so many benefits to your child getting healthy sleep but what is often overlooked is how that sleep is going to affect you. You will be able to have some time to yourself. You can take that long bath, read a book, catch up on your favorite TV show and spend some quality time with your partner again. You deserve it!
